The pool is just amazing;it is clean and ample for making laps or just frolicking. Location in great as it is in the city center but not on the main street. Breakfast was limited but ample, and do consider that I stayed during Ramadan. Staff are generally helpful, although the male reception personnel on night duty was a little grumpy but was not a big deal. The sound of closing doors can be heard from my room (twin room) but I was able to manage. My room was clean, the size was ok, the toilet and shower was spacious, and room amenities were basic. Overall, a very good hotel

We only spent one night here, in a family room, which actually ended up being quite generous two adjoining rooms, with a sitting area thrown in for good measure. Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. We'll definitely be back!

The hotel is well located. It is in the center of town. It is close to everything. The hotel is very safe and secure. The room is clean, heated and well furnished. The beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is very clean and it is well equipped with everything you need. The staff is very courteous, polite and very serviceable. The staff is also very trustworthy. There are there to make your visit worthwhile. When you ask for something, they run to get it done. The breakfast is very good, has a combination of stuff so you will have more choices. I was impressed with the staff at the Mamora and their smile and hospitality. It was an amazing experience and I will definitely go back to stay there.The restaurant downstairs offers very good and delicious dishes (Moroccan & International). I assure you it is the best food i've had in the region. Something I really liked about this hotel, Managers/Supervisors are always on site to ensure service quality for clients and to ascertain that things are running smoothly

Alhamdulilaah,had a great stay here at the Mamora hotel.The staff at the reception were very very friendly and helpful.The location of the hotel is excellent.The room was very clean and the price was definitely within the price budget.Accessible to pattiseries closeby
